MORTGAGE NOTES INVESTING

The secondary mortgage banking industry provides opportunities to those with the ‘know-how’ to yield highly competitive returns without lifting a hammer, without getting calls of a broken pipe, without worrying about repairs, without mowing lawns, without visiting the housing court.

What Happens? Mortgage payments are sent to your account monthly. You Become The Bank!

What is a Mortgage Note?

When you finance a car you sign for the car note and promised to make monthly payments to the lender.

Similarly, when you finance the purchase of a home you signed for the loan and promised to make monthly payments of a specific amount, which includes a specified interest, and for a number of years. Each month you then send your payment to the lender.

We [mortgage note investor] buy that paper/that agreement you signed/that promise you made from the lender which then allows the monthly payments to be sent to us as the new lender. Then you will get a notice in the mail to please send your payments to the new lender.

Still Can’t Wrap Your Head Around This?

When you purchased your home you send in the mortgage payments every month. You don’t call the bank for anything. You just send in the monthly payments because you know if you don’t make the payments the bank will take action. You wondered why there is a bank on every corner.

If you are looking for passive income and want to know more about mortgage note investing schedule a FREE consultation to speak with us. We also offer partnerships so we can share the risks and the rewards and you can leverage our years of experience and expertise.

We have access to Monthly Inventory across the United States. We only purchase first position notes. Our niche is non-performing notes as we are able to buy at discount but we also purchase performing notes once they fit our goals.

What is a Non-performing Note?

This is a mortgage on a house where the borrower has stopped making payments for various reasons. Investors buy these notes at a discount and can approach the borrowers to work out a loan modification. In a worst case scenario the investor can foreclose and take possession of the house where they can then sell the house or keep it in their portfolio.
